    VMS Math Club

    **Announcement:  The FIRST Math Club meeting for the 2023-2024 school year will be held on October 16th, 2023!**
     
    Start Date: October 16th, 2023 (10/16/23)
    Once we begin, meetings take place every MONDAY from 3pm - 4pm in room E4.
     
    Join us! 
      

    We meet once a week, on Mondays after school from 3pm to 4pm.

    Typically, the first 30 min of each meeting is going to be “math circle” style, concentrating whenever possible on topics outside the school curriculum. Last 30 min will be devoted to problem solving.

    We are participating in the following competitions: 

    • MathCounts
    • AMC8
    • Math Madness 

    We welcome students grades 6 to 8, and will make sure everyone – regardless your level - will find something to sink their teeth into!
