• Homebound Instruction

    The district board of education shall provide home instruction to a child who will be confined to the home or other facility for 10 consecutive days or more due to a temporary or chronic health condition. To request home instruction the parent should submit a request to the director of special services that includes written documentation from the student’s physician indicating the nature of the illness and the projected need for confinement.
