          Mrs. Montgomery has 21 incredible, hard-working students in her second grade class.  The students will be reading and writing up a storm.  They'll be writing summaries, exaggerated stories, silly poems and much more!!    We are  using an excellent math program called Pearson Realize.  In addition, our reading program is called "Wonders".  It should be an exciting year.  The students have a lot of fun with our Science curriculum, which is also Pearson.  This year, we have a new Social Studies program.  It should be fun learning all about our world!   We hope you will take a few moments to explore our website to learn more about our schedule, policies, curriculum, classroom and school activities.  Feel free to enjoy my "Top Ten Reasons To Be A Teacher" and some of my favorite sites!
