Welcome to Mrs. Smith's Preschool-4 Classroom

Hello and welcome!

My name is Valerie Smith, and this is my 11th school year.  I am new to Voorhees, but have a wide range of experience across preschool-secomd grade.  I have a Bachelor's degree in education with teaching certificates for Elementary, Earlychildhood and Students with Disabilities.  I am currently in my second and final year of a Masters program as well.  I am from Philadelphia and now live in Mount Laurel, NJ with my husband of 5 years, our 3 year old daughter, our dog Penny and our cat Smokey.

I am so excited to get to know each and every one of you this school year.  Preschool is a lot of fun, we will learn a lot through play and creativity.  I look forward to a great exciting year!
