This is my 4th year as at Signal Hill as a School Counselor. I previously taught 4th grade at Osage Elementary school for 8 years.  I also have a background in teaching special education.  While I loved teaching my students, I found that what I loved most was the one-on-one connections that I developed through getting to know them and the daily struggles kids went through.  With that, I pursued a master's degree in school counseling. I have a bachelor's degree from Temple University in regular and special education.  I obtained my masters and Educational Specialist degree from Seton Hall University. I am so excited to be here at Signal Hill!
