Hi! My name is Traci Kaighn (pronounced ‘cane’). This is my third year back in kindergarten. Previously, I taught kindergarten for two years, followed by four years as a 3rd/4th grade special education teacher. I’ve also spent the past six summers teaching special education/remedial classes for kindergarten-1st grade through our district’s programs. 

It is my goal to give your child the best, most successful, and enjoyable school year! The students will learn so many new things this year, which include reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. Throughout our days, they will use hands-on materials, technology, and small and large group instruction/activities to enhance their learning experience.
