Welcome back to the 2024-2025 school year. I am looking forward to another wonderful year of learning, growth, and fun here at ET Hamilton. If you are new to our school, welcome! We can't wait to meet you. Hamilton is a warm and welcoming school with amazing students, staff, and families. Personally, I feel so lucky to be the Principal here. I began my career at ET Hamilton in 2008 as a second grade teacher. I taught second and third grade here until 2013. In 2013, I moved over to Osage Elementary School where I worked as the Assistant Principal for 10 years. I am so pleased to be back at Hamilton again, in my second year as the Principal.
Hamilton has approximately 510 students with 65 staff members representing grades from Kindergarten to Fifth Grade. The HPFA Parent Group provides extra resources to help serve our students. This parental involvement is greatly appreciated and is crucial for the success of our students. Throughout the school year, the HPFA will send weekly updates about upcoming meetings, events, and fundraisers. I encourage everyone to attend a meeting and get involved!
ET Hamilton is lucky to have an amazing staff of dedicated professionals who work hard each day to ensure all students are successful. Throughout the school year, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to your child's teacher. We feel open communcation is a crucial part of a successful school year. Once the school year begins, I will send weekly newsletters with important information for the school community.
On a personal note, I have been married to my husband, Patrick, for 12 years. We have 3 children; Jack (9), Libby (7), and William (3). Like many of you, we are very busy keeping up with schoolwork, running to after school activities and sports, and more!
