Kresson School's Character Counts Initiative

As part of Kresson Elementary School’s Character Counts initiative, students from Ms. Rocco's and Miss Meyer's class interviewed Olympic athlete, Kelsi Worrell using Skype, a software application through the internet. Kelsi is a Westhampton, New Jersey native who competed in the 2016 Summer Olympics for swimming in Rio. When asked what character qualities an Olympic athlete needed, Kelsi listed "determination, accountability, and sacrifice". Students were engaged in thought provoking conversation and discussed many attributes of successful people.
