Physical Exams

Parents are responsible for student physical examinations. All Kindergarten students entering the district are to be examined by their health care provider. For all transfer students entering a Voorhees Township Public School, a recent physical examination or a previous school entry medical examination may be used for the medical examination requirement.

Parents shall provide the physical examination to the school nurse within thirty days upon enrolling in school.
