2022-23 Voorhees School District COVID-19 Guidelines

Please be advised that your child will be sent home from school and a covid test will be required if they have the symptoms listed below.  If your child has the following, please test them for covid before sending them back to school.  If they are negative, please let the school nurse know the results either via email(karbach@voorhees.k12.nj.us) or leave a voicemail on the nurse's or school absentee line. Home and rapid tests are acceptable and, if possible, please send a photo or screenshot of the results.  Students who test negative can return once they are fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication, are feeling better, and their symptoms are improving.  Students must also stay home if they have vomited in the last 24 hours.

If students test positive, they must stay home for 5 days and wear a mask when they return to school through Day 10. Remote learning is available on Days 1-5.  Day 0 is considered the day a student tests postive or symptoms develop.
