      Please call for an appointment to register your child at Signal Hill School.

                                 Call 856-767-6749, extension 0.

 
In order to register your child for school, you will need to bring the
following documentation:

Proof of Residency

One of the following must be provided:

      • Agreement of Sale
      • Voorhees Tax Bill
      • Settlement Papers
      • Lease with parent and child's names listed
      • Residency Affidavit

Plus two of the following:

      • Driver's License

      • Utility Bills

      • Bank Statement

      • Credit Card Bills

      • Other form of ID showing name and address

 

Official Birth Certificate

An official document is issued by the county or state of birth and contains a
raised seal.

 

 Immunization Record
The school nurse will review your child's record with you and tell you if any
additional immunizations are required.

 School Transfer Card

  • Contact your child's current school to obtain a school transfer card for

       children in Grades 1 through 5. 

  •  For Kindergarten registration, this information is not required.
