Use of information technology begins in kindergarten and continues through eighth grade. Students learn computer and information technology literacy while using the computer as an instructional tool.
At Kresson School, computers are used in classrooms, in the computer lab and in the library. Kresson School offers a networked computer lab, mobile laptop carts, interactive whiteboards, and a Technology Specialist, who plans and implements programs of study that meet individual needs, interests and abilities of all students. The Technology Specialist also creates an environment that is conductive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interest of the students in our kindergarten through fifth grade school.
